I was very pleased with the work Joe did to sell my mom's house when she passed away a number of years ago. I was the executor and live an hour away and was not able to be at the house much, but it was great to know we had someone we could trust to handle it all. He was very helpful in early on mentioning a few things that would need taking care of for house inspection and because of that inspection went smoothly. He was great on giving updates and progress and the whole process was much easier thanks to his help. I feel he really represented us and our interests well. I would definitely use Franko reality again and highly reccomended.

Anyone out there searching for a Real Estate Realtor - Joe Toth is the one to call! My Agent's performance was superb!
