I have now used Franko Realty (more specifically Joe) on two occasions, and for both buying and selling. My experience could not be better. Joe is very experienced, know the buying and selling process extremely well. There isn't much he hasn't seen, and he excels at navigating the unexpected. He's an excellent communicator and negotiator, and I can't imagine going through this process without him. If I ever buy or sell another home, he will be the first phone call I make.
